the people running fuckyeswaglovers are such hypocrites. they made a post saying how they would no longer post wedding or hacked for photos,then two minutes later they post a new gena photo that they know damn well came from a private fb. someone confronts them about it and they delete the other post about saying and claim they didnt say that! they DO hack. that's how they got that photo. they are pathetic!

It’s too late for “i’m sorry” and you are again incorrect. All I asked of anyone was to take down the wedding photos and you as well as one other blog are the only ones who are fighting tooth and nail for the right to post them. I never complained about the other photos of the girls or the guys. Personal photos run rampant on tumblr and I get that and I pick my battles. Wedding photos are wrong on every level.

Who are you the Tumblr police? Where was your sorry ass when people started hacking? Where were you when the wedding photos got leaked? Your threat doesn't phase me!
I never made a threat. I followed through with what I said I would you and notified the proper parties of your actions. You however just keep continuing to incriminate yourself. Keep going, you are only making yourself look even worse.

But what you are not understanding, you act as though we're the one's who stole the photos. Like were the one's that hacked for the shit. There's not a god damn picture on my blog that this entire fan base has not yet seen. So keep fighting because I won't give up either. This entire fan base that has a Tumblr needs their shit taken down because I can guarantee you everyone has either posted or reblogged a "personal" photo. I see people reblog wedding photos. Keep trying to convince yourself that it’s legal to post photos that don’t belong to you just because you aren’t the person who hacked for them. The truth of the matter is that you still did something illegal regardless of how you came into contact with it. None of you seem to understand that. It is not ok to do what you are doing or to continue to do what you intend to do.

I realize what you're trying to do here, but.. That picture is literally everywhere. No matter how many blogs on Tumblr that you report, even if all of those blogs are taken down, the picture will still be out there. People will still be able to see it. Once it's posted, it's posted. There's really no way to get it off of the internet. So in reality, it's pointless to just go through and report EVERY single blog that has posted/reblogged the picture. It's not gonna change anything.

Listen “Sweetie,” pay better attention in school because clearly your education isn’t doing you any justice. The “icons” as you call them, in the full size thread are photos. AND you are requesting the actual full size photo, some of which are from the wedding. The one on the bottom of the Bride, Groom and Bridesmaid, not happening if I can help it, nor is the one with Matt and another Bridesmaid. So you go ahead and keep trying.
Matt and Brian, they are my “icons” so you keep fighting to exploit the two of them and I will keep fighting to stop it. Just sayin’ :)

I’m not letting this blog http://fictionforever.tumblr.com/and http://aightball.tumblr.com/ because I’m breaking copy right laws of tumblr. well I went on both of their tumblrs and found stuff that has a copyright to them. Everything that is out in the internet has a copy right. Tumblr would be boring if people only posted stuff about themselves. Hell there would be no interesting tumblr so I would LOVE to see them try and report me because I have a really valid argument. So I’m going to keep reblogging pictures of the girls and whatever else I feel the need to reblog”

You’re fighting for you’re freedom of speech? You honestly believe that you have a right to take Brian and Michelle’s wedding photos and post them on your blog for all to see and reblog?
When you registered for this website you agreed to the privacy policy clause that says “Don’t post content that violates anyone’s privacy.” You also agreed to the Unlawful Uses clause as well as the Copyright policy that says if you are unauthorized to use someone elses copyright or trademarked work, dont use it.
So don’t sit there blaming others and assuming you are not a party to the invasion of privacy when you have just stated that you intend to instigate it further. You are pretty much fighting for the right to invade it. Go ahead and keep posting those wedding photos and when your IP gets banned or worse, if the legal team gets involved and you are subject to a fine, you can’t say that you were not aware that it was illegal to post those photos.
